Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FindCourt (the "Service") ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service—including our website and mobile app—you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

FindCourt helps you discover padel clubs, view availability, and coordinate bookings. Features may vary by club. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.

2. Accounts

You may need an account to book or access certain features. You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Bookings & Club Services

Courts, pricing, cancellation rules, and refunds are set by each club. A booking made through FindCourt is between you and the club (and any co-players) according to that club's policies. We are not a party to your booking contract but may facilitate technology and payments where applicable.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service—for example, no unlawful activity, harassment, attempts to circumvent security, scraping that overloads our systems, or interference with other users. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including branding, software, and content we provide, is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in line with these Terms.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that availability data is always accurate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or fifty U.S. dollars (USD 50), except where such limitations are not allowed by law.

8. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us and our affiliates against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your bookings, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.
